A retreat varies in duration from 4 – 7 days and embarks on creating a lifestyle of balance and health
Our Program: Every day has a syllabus that is created to re-set, release, reflect, and rejuvenate all elements of the self. The Itinerary acts as a guide to reinforce healthy habit forming. All aspects of the itinerary are optional as one can flow at their own pace.
